KAE Brands was founded by Kristin A. Morris, a senior executive, consultant, and creative leader with more than 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and business environments and over a decade of hands-on event planning and creative production experience.

Kristin’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. As an executive leader, she has overseen complex organizations, led multidisciplinary teams, managed significant operating budgets, and worked within highly regulated systems. As a consultant, she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, build structure, and translate vision into actionable, sustainable plans.

Alongside her consulting and executive work, Kristin has spent more than 10 years designing and producing events and experiences—from intimate milestone celebrations to large-scale professional and community events. This creative foundation informs her approach across all of KAE Brands: thoughtful design, attention to detail, and an understanding that how something is executed matters just as much as the strategy behind it.
